She has represented major gift card portfolios for JCPenney and Staples and created numerous loyalty program partnerships. Holly was named one of the 25 Most Influential People in Incentives 2017 by Incentive Magazine and is a founding Chair of FinTEx: FinTech Women

Kristen has over a decade of experience in payments, loyalty and rewards. In her 8-year tenure at Discover Financial Services, Kristen managed the gift card redemption program for Discover’s $1 Billion Cashback Bonus rewards program.Kristen is a founding member of FinTEx: FinTech Women. In 2017 Kristen was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential People in the Incentive Industry by

Dez has worked in the gift card space for the last 5 years. She has worked closely with brands to develop reporting procedures as well as implement and analyze strategy utilizing data-driven insights.
